The third Saturday of each month Women-In-Ministry hold a Women Empowerment Service with praise and worship, prayer, and powerful preaching from 9 a.m. to noon. We will present two upcoming women preachers for 15 - 20 minutes each followed by a seasoned preacher. A ministry designed to support clergy women answering the call. In the program you will look back to discern how God uniquely developed you for ministry using Dr. J. Robert Clinton's Leadership Emergency Theory. You will take assessment to gain clarity on who you are today. Looking forward you will develop a personal strategic plan for your life and ministry ad growth plan for your development.

Pastor Joseph has been dedicated to strengthening women and helping them find their place in ministry, careers and life for 20 years. She served on the Board of Directors of The Women’s Center in Rochester, NY. The Center provided counseling, guidance and resources to equip and empower blue collar women working in the factories of Rochester who has a desire to move into white collar office positions. She served as Director of the Center for Displaced Homemaker (an agency of the Louisiana State Education Department in the Women's Bureau) assisting women separated, divorced and widowed to get their life together through grief counseling, career and life planning and personal development workshops and computer and office skills training.
She operated a 12-bed transitional recovery home for women completing their 90-day alcohol and substance abuse treatment program, in New Iberia, LA. As Executive Pastor with Loveland Church she had oversight of Women-In-Ministry providing a place for women to worship together and fellowship, learn, serve and grow. She was founder and Executive Director of Loveland Church’s Welfare-to-Work program providing computer and office skills, GED Prep, Literacy and Adult Basic Education, Career and Life Planning and Life Skills training to equipping and empowering women on welfare for the workforce, in Fontana, CA. She has helped hundreds of women gain clarity and direction in life and ministry and provided training and resource to help them fulfill their dreams. As the CEO and pastor of Kingdom Works, Inc., she currently leads the Women-In-Ministry New Ministry Development Program training and coaching women to develop their own ministry.
