join us as we guide you in seeking God for clarity and directions
using a structured process to help you succeed in fulfilling your God given assignment.

This is Project-based learning you are working on your professional development and developing your own ministry or business.

One One-On-One Coaching session (valued at $150) each month
One Group Coaching Call weekly to answer any questions you have while working your assignments

- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PEERS WHO YOU WILL DO MINISTRY TOGETHER WITH FOR A LIFE TIME.
- THIS PROGRAM WILL HELP YOU BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR YOUR CHURCH, MINISTRY, OR BUSINESS.
- DO THIS IMPORTANT WORK ON YOU AND YOUR MINISTRY OR BUSINESS THAT WILL PROBABLY NEVER GET DONE WITHOUT GUIDANCE AND COACHING.

1ST QUARTER – 9/16/2024 – 12/9/2024:
VISIONING – DISCOVERY & GAINING CLARITY – “THE POWER OF KNOWING”
Discerning how God developed you for ministry, discovering your Spiritual gifts, gaining clarity about your calling, the people and place you are called to, the programs and services God has equipped you to provide, the areas you need to grow in, and developing your personal growth plan to accelerate your growth. Developing your personal and organization’s Mission and Vision statements and Clarifying Core Values. KNOWING YOURSELF: Assessment tools include: The Biblical DISC ASSESSMENT (a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies for interacting with others based on the DiSC® model); Spiritual Gift, Temperament, and Passion Assessments; and Leadership Style Assessments. Using Dr. J. Robert Clinton, distinguished professor of Christian Leadership Development at Fuller Theological Seminary “Life Line” to discern how God worked in your life in the past to shape you as a Christian Leader to understand how God deals with you in the future.
2ND QUARTER: 1/6/2025 – 3/24/2025
DEVELOPING A SOLID FOUNDATION-ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
Developing organizational structure, business systems, processes (Incorporation, HR, finances, policies & procedures, record keeping), and content and curriculum for your programs and services.
3RD QUARTER: 4/7/2025 – 6/30/2025
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT – PREPARING TO LEAD
Developing the Leader in You, Developing Leaders Around You, Building and Managing Teams, Conflict Management, Handling Crucial Conversations, Intro to Strategic Planning, Intro to Fund Development, Intro to the Fifth Discipline and Becoming A Learning Organization. All to make you a more effective Manager and Leader for the Glory of God.
4TH QUARTER: 7/14/2025 – 8/25/2025
IMPLEMENTATION & COACHING
During this last quarter we will develop your Strategic Plan and support you in implementation through coaching.
