VISIONING - DISCOVERY & GAINING CLARITY - "THE POWER OF KNOWING"
KNOWING YOURSELF: Assessment tools include:- LIFE LINE: Develop your personal LIFE LINE. Discerning how God developed you for ministry. Using Dr. J. Robert Clinton, distinguished professor of Christian Leadership Development at Fuller Theological Seminary “Life Line” to discern how God worked in your life in the past to shape you as a Christian Leader to understand how God deals with you in the future.
- The Biblical DISC ASSESSMENT (a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies for interacting with others based on the DiSC® model);
- SPIRITUAL GIFS, TEMPAMENT, AND PASSION assessment.
- LEADERSHIP STYLE ASSESSMENT
- 3PS – Gaining clarity about your calling, the PEOPLE and PLACE you are called to, the PROGRAMS and services God has equipped you to provide.
- DEVELOP YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH PLAN: Discover the areas you need to grow in and developing your personal growth plan to accelerate your growth.
- Developing your personal and organization’s MISSION and VISION STATEMENT and Clarifying your CORE VALUES.
2ND QUARTER: 4/7/2026 TO 6/23/2026
DEVELOPING A SOLID FOUNDATION-ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENTDeveloping organizational structure, business systems, processes (Incorporation, HR, finances, policies & procedures, record keeping), and content and curriculum for your programs and services.
- * Developing Business Structure (acquiring 501 (c)(3) or LLC)
- * Securing business licenses and other licenses required to operate your business..
- * Setting up Human Resources and Finances, Department
- * Developing policies & proceduress manual.
- * Setting up record keeping) ystems,
- * Program Development: Developing content and/or curriculum for your programs and services.
- OPTIONAL: Securing MBE/DBE/HUB registrations.
IMPLEMENTATION & COACHING
After the 2nd quarter you may engage our services to plan and facilitate developing your Strategic Plan and/or our coaching services to support you in implementation.ADDITIONAL SERVICES
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CLASSES/WORKSHOPS - PREPARING TO LEADCheck out our Leadership and Management Classes: Developing the Leader in You, Developing Leaders Around You, Building and Managing Teams, Conflict Management, Handling Crucial Conversations, Intro to Strategic Planning, Intro to Fund Development, Intro to the Fifth Discipline and Becoming A Learning Organization. All to make you a more effective Manager and Leader for the Glory of God.
For you who do not have the time to do it yourself, we also offer “DO IT WITH YOU” and “DO IT FOR YOU” services. Check with us for the fee.
