What it is: These invaluable sessions provide training for church planters and Christians starting new ministries, nonprofit community-based organizations, or new for-profit businesses. If you have an existing ministry or business and you have not done this important work, you will benefit from attending.
Many people start businesses and never do this very important work. This is project-based learning, you will actually be working on your professional and personal development and your own business developing key documents, structures, systems, and programs, and ending with a strategic plan for your implementation.
As the Bible says, “Write the vision and make it plain” and it admonishes us to “build on a solid foundation”. The work that you will do will build a solid foundation for your ministry or business.

Discerning how God developed you for ministry, discovering your Spiritual gifts, gaining clarity about your calling, the people and place you are called to, the programs and services God has equipped you to provide, the areas you need to grow in, and developing your personal growth plan to accelerate your growth. Developing your personal and organization’s Mission and Vision statements and Clarifying Core Values.
2ND QUARTER: 2/26/2024 – 4/22/2024
DEVELOPING A SOLID FOUNDATION
Developing organizational structure, business systems, processes (Incorporation, HR, finances, policies & procedures, record keeping), and content and curriculum for your programs and services.
3RD QUARTER: 5/6/2024 – 6/24/2024
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT – PREPARING TO LEAD
Developing the Leader in You, Developing Leaders Around You, Building and Managing Teams, Conflict Management, Handling Crucial Conversations, Intro to Strategic Planning, Intro to Fund Development, Intro to the Fifth Discipline and Becoming A Learning Organization. All to make you a more effective Manager and Leader for the Glory of God.
4TH QUARTER: 8/5/2024 – 9/30/2024
IMPLEMENTATION & COACHING
During this last quarter we will develop your Strategic Plan and support you in implementation through coaching.
